Sessions are billed at a rate of $120 per hour, with a 45% cash pay discount available if enrolled in auto debit.

All other insurance, payment is required at the time of the session and you will be provided with a receipt you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you have an open Children’s Division case and counseling is a requirement, the Children’s Division pays for your counseling.
A note about insurance…billing insurance requires a diagnosis, your insurance company is entitled to request your counseling records and I am legally obligated to provide them since they are paying. If you are concerned that a diagnosis “on record” could impact current or future endeavors, you might consider the cash pay option. The sessions will be the same, but there is no diagnosis required (unless you submit for reimbursement), and you’ll receive the 45% discount.
If you have an open Children’s Division case, your caseworker will request progress reports regarding your counseling. These reports include whether or not you are keeping appointments and making progress, as well as any concerns I have (which we will have discussed, so you won’t be blindsided with this information at a meeting or in court). We will discuss this during our first session, and I am glad to provide you with the report I give to your caseworker should you so desire.
